As a chemical products business, epoxy resin and hardener are handled with care and hygiene, which limits returns.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your consignment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographs. We will arrange a suitable resolution — replacement or credit — as appropriate.
Sealed Products
Returns may be considered for unopened, sealed products reported promptly after delivery, at our discretion and subject to the agreement made at the time of order.
